Today is Chubey's 4th birthday! On this day in 2016, Chubey was born in a small factory in China. Since then, he has become the unforgettable, lovable, all around awesome hamster we all know.   In honer of Chubey, we have some fun new activities! Chubey's Birthday is in only one day- here's what he's been up to to prepare! Chubey's amazing Pirate Ship Birthday Cake was baked and decorated today! Yesterday Chubey was surprised with a trip to the circus as an early-birthday treat. The star tower is all decorated for his Birthday And two days ago, Chubey had his Pirate-themed birthday party- complete with a treasure hunt! Chubey's birthday is coming up fast! Are you ready? Here are a few tips! 1. Chubey will not be in the star tower on his birthday, so if you were planning to shower him with gifts outside the front door, your out of luck. But, you can leave gifts, cards and balloons outside the gate for security to retrieve and put in his apartment. But please, no cakes. 2. Don't put personal information inside birthday cards for Chubey. He's very busy and probably won't get back to you, and, as you know, scammers are known to steal these cards and sell your information. 3. Please, Chubey is turning 4 years old, so don't buy him any movies rated over E, cards containing curse words or any other inappropriate things. 4. Its 4th of July! And that means its time for a Chubey fun fact! Did you know that the 4th of July is  not  a celebration of America's independence, and instead an early birthday party for Chubey? Thats right! In 2017, Independence Day was changed to the 14 day celebration, a holiday celebrating the fact that there are only 14 days until Chubey's birthday. They chose to switch Independence day rather than create an entirely new holiday for two reasons. The first was that people from other cultures who live in the USA don't usually get in on the fun, and the government decided that Chubey was something everyone loved, and his birthday was coming up so it was the perfect time for a Chubey holiday. The second reason was that Agent Hamster, Chubey's first ever movie, was released 14 days after Chubey's birthday. And the fourth of July was 14 days before, so they could just switch the Independence Day to the 14 Day Celebration, and solve their previous problem! So it was ...
